I’ve been using Promptly to manage the AI prompts I use in Claude or ChatGPT for one of my businesses, Endless Commerce. It’s a great hack to help get a team up to speed too—I love that I can share a prompt to help someone else get unstuck or generate a new idea on the fly.
Kurt Vonnegut’s delightful masterclass on the shapes of stories keeps pulling me back for a rewatch. It’s a shot of dry humor whenever I need it, plus it helps me think about the stories I want to tell and how I want to tell them. If you’ve never seen it, now’s your moment! (And I’m so jealous of you if you get to be inspired by it for the first time…)
I’m one of those folks that swears by Superhuman. My inbox is organized (well, organized chaos—IYKYK) into the quadrants and subfolders I need to work across a bunch of different businesses and teams. Lately, I’ve been using the “comment” feature a lot more, so I can tag in the right team member to get up to speed on a conversation and take it away on next steps behind the scenes. Highly recommend!
One level up from Superhuman? Integrating my inbox with Claude! Sometimes I’ll ask it to reply to the lowest hanging fruit in my inbox with prompts like “Email Amy back and tell her next Friday works great.”
